They are absolutely useless when it comes to customer service and returns. The customer service line will literally tell you that they don't handle returns, and offer to transfer you to returns, who don't answer the phone, and when you send an email they dont respond. Called customer service Back and they said "yeah, returns doesnt answer the phone, want me to transfer you again?" The person Jerry on the phone is ABSOLUTELY USELESS.
Sent in an amplifier for repair
Sent in an amplifier for repair. Got in contact with them and followed the procedure given for shipment. Once the package was delivered for over 2 weeks I emailed them again because I never got a delivery confirmation from them. I had proof of delivery from USPS. DS-18 tells me they can't find the package because it doesn't have an RMA number however I was never given an RMA number and it wasn't mentioned to me prior. I've been told they were putting warranty guys on it. It's now been 7 weeks since delivery still hasn't been found and no attempt to remedy situation. Terrible service and response time was poor at best.
i would not buy ever again from the website
I got a bad pair of Speakers I had the installed to find out after a week they went bad. I contacted ds18 because they were covered under warranty. they said I need to no pay to have a shop to take them out then send it to them for them to test and it could be about 2 months before they send me a new one then I have pay someone to rip apart my dash for a third time and hope it works. never again
Horrible customer service HORRIBLE!!!!!
Horrible, horrible service. No returned phone calls. 30+ minutes for a response while chatting. Currently chatting, kind of, with someone for almost 2.5 hours and my question is not even answered yet. Currently waiting 37 minutes for a response. I called twice because they don't answer phone. Still no phone call back yet. My AMP will not power on.
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. Not a real company. I foolishly bought a soundbar kit at a Jeep event. The reseller (M2 Audio) gave me an installer in Tampa area. This is a guy in his garage - very unprofessional. I tried calling M2 Audio - 2 numbers on their web site. Neither phone number worked. Tried emailing them (a non-business @gmail account), returned. Tried calling DS18 - both numbers on their web site went to dead air. They are not real phone numbers...virtual numbers. This is not a real business.
Rude people
Emailed them to ask a simple questions since their website wasn't clear and they are super condescending in their communications. I would never purchase any of their garbage based on that interaction.

I rarely leave reviews but as quite disappointed with the DS18s customer service as well as their don't care attitude.
Placed order and has been out for…
Placed order and has been out for delivery for a week. Paid the extra money for insurance, they told me I have to call fed ex it was my responsibility. Then they said I need to wait 3 more days before they would check into it. Poor company to do business with. They don't care about customers. I won't do any business with this company.
Really bad shipping
Really bad shipping. It been 1 1/2 waiting on 2 6x9s. Still waiting. They redirected the package,then told me I couldn't get a refund till till get it back. Now while holding my almost 200 dollars I have nothing. It's better to just get there products from Amazon, you'll have it in 2 days. Who the heck uses ground anymore to send packages 📦

2 amplifiers but only one amp kit
Now it’s been almost two weeks waiting for second amp kit that was sent usps.

First of all I want to state I love…
First of all I want to state I love their speakers, some quality speakers for the money on the market, however the reason for the one star, my DSP that I purchased for my street glide did not remotely activate my three amps. It was under warranty and a request to repair was sent. I received the RMA February 16 sent the following day to DS18. I have not heard any correspondence from them the Statius of my DSP. Attempted to contact them via customer service telephone number listed on their website and continually goes to voicemail. I have sent emails requesting information which met with negative results. The biker community is unforgiving because we spend a lot I mean lot money on getting our bike right. A representative from DS18 reached out to me today and they will be sending a replacement unit which I am grateful for that. My recommendation to DS18, the service after the sale is just as important-as service doing the sale. Again your company makes amazing speakers for the biker community at a better than reasonable price, just tweak the customer service.

Horrible customer service experience
I put an sxe 3000.4 amp on my street glide. Within a few weeks it blew the main fuses inside and when replaced blew them immediately upon powering up. I paid shipping and shipped it back to them on September 25th and have emailed them multiple times and called them multiple times with no response on either. I finally was able to make contact through phone and they told me that it hasn't shipped yet but I should be receiving it by the end of this week which is a month later. And have yet to get any kind of email or return phone call.
