We have used DSA Connect on several occasions for the disposal of IT equipment and each time they have made the whole process simple and hassle free. From the start they keep us informed with the date of collection, and the staff members who collect the equipment are always polite and helpful. The secure disposal of the Hard Drive reports are always promptly returned to us.
