I’m so happy that my husband and I decided to utilize DS Inspects services for our new construction home.
Mr. Ditanyan completed our pre-drywall inspection and was so thorough. He took the time to speak with us as the customers and ensured we understood his job and how he inspects homes. The report afterwards was very easy to follow and thorough. Mr. Ditanyan reached out after sending the report to ensure it was clear to us. He has a good report with our project manager and that just makes everything better.
He will be completing our post drywall inspection in about 45 days and then our follow-up at 11 months.
Do not hesitate to utilize the services this amazing company provides. You won’t be disappointed.

Short Notice - Very Impressed
Luckily, I was able to book DS Home Inspection Services, LLC on very short notice due to the builder. Although it was short notice I did receive a prompt response and communication about a Pre-Drywall Inspection. Communication involving what to inspect, notification of arrival to the site and notification once the inspection was over. Regarding the inspection, the inspector Ditanyan was extremely thorough in his inspection finding items of missing window flashing and a framing member that was not secured. This led to discussions with the builder and saved me money down the line. Very experienced, knowledgable and professional. I appreciate the items that were discovered and will be using his services in the future for the pre-settlement inspection.

If I could rate DS Home Inspection Services with a 500, I would! I called this business with some questions about some current ceiling and basement floor issues that we are having, and Ditanyan Sye returned my call within the hour! He recommended that we look for a foundational specialist instead, and told me that he would much rather save us some money, since that would be the advice he'd give if he came out to inspect our home. He was a TREMENDOUS help, esp. since we had no idea where to start in finding solutions. We HIGHLY recommend Ditanyan if you are looking for an incredibly exceptional home inspection.
