There was a bit of confusion when at&t …

There was a bit of confusion when at&t showed up for the installation, it is at&t service . It took two full weeks to get a technician out to actually get the internet working after he install ( was getting .1 mbs), the at&t router couldn't get a signal more than 20ft away and the 2.4g radio didn't work. I used my own router in pass through. After that was finally all straightened out the service has been great with several phones calls checking up with me to make sure all is good .

When you've had high speed

When you've had high speed, it is a bit of an adjustment, but absolutely no other issues besides slower speed. Very satisfied.

Im kinda picky and I browsed around …

GOOD, FAST, AND RELIABLE AT ALL TIMES.
I am kind of picky and I browsed around many prices,DSL Extreme was the one who had the best reasonable deal! I asked for fast internet at a decent price and that is exactly what i got! amazing! Very good service

I am happy now

I am happy now. So i can write a positive post. My service has been great and i do recommend rhis company. But you need to expand because some of my friends tried to get service and they couldn't dsl didnt service their area.

First day it was just great the next …

First day it was just great the next day the wifi started dropping off I call
customer service they told me unplug it and plug it back in I had done
that , So I was having to do that all day. And Much more bad thing happen.

Need to improve provisioning system

I have been satisfied with my service overall, but I don't understand why it took 9 or 10 business days to upgrade our internet access from 1.5 Mbps to 3.0 Mpbs.

Twice the speed for half as much...

I was passing twice as much for half the speed. I am glad to have found DSL extreme.
I am able to stream cable channels while working online on three other devices. Thanks very much!

I love this internet service

I love this internet service! The installation guy was very professional and stayed until he made sure it worked properly! The service is very reliable and works great!! Haven't had any problems yet!! Very pleased with my choice of service!!

Maintenace help…

The at&t man saw that there was a line to be entered in the front of my apartment, evidently some one had a TV set up there and I have the only Apartment that has a cord attached to do the service. I told him my TV, desk and phone was all in the back bedroom and would he please come and do it there. He told me to bring the phone up front. So I did, and it has been a nightmare for me.. I would have asked for your assistance earlier but I brock a rib, I also have fused vertebra in the lower part of my spine. I did try using the phone etc. but I fell getting off the chair and broke the rib bone again. Now I can move some. Cox had everything set up in the office space why can't it be done here by you? I am very happy with the set up but I need maintenance help if possible.

I tried to have DSL extreme set up for …not a fan of this company

I tried to have DSL extreme set up for a faster speed which they assured me was possible. After a week of multiple attempts by "inside" and "outside" techs, the service couldn't be done except at the slow speed, I had previously. To top it off they insisted on a cancellation fee to cancel. The techs lied and said I wanted the slower service- what? NOT true, it didn't work!
