I don’t normally rush to write reviews, but the service I’ve had from DS Merchant Services — and especially Dean — absolutely deserves one.

From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, straightforward, and refreshingly uncomplicated. Dean got everything set up quickly and explained it all in plain English, which made switching over really easy. The card reader itself is brilliant — simple to use, reliable, and the pricing is genuinely some of the best around.

I’d been using the tap-to-pay option through my business banking app before, and switching to this has actually saved me a fair bit of money already. For any small business owner, that makes a big difference.

What really stands out though is the service. Dean is a top bloke — always at the end of the phone or a quick text if you need him. Any questions I had were answered straight away, and when I had a small issue with my charging cable, he sorted it out rapidly with zero hassle.
