Trying hard to think of something negative to say...and failed
Really helpful staff at DS Smith guided me to the best product for my needs. The price was fabulous, the delivery was quick and problem-free. The product is a good-looking, robust box that has protected china in the postal system (!) and the customers love it. My only suggestion is that you do practise constructing the boxes a few times because the side-locking flaps need a bit of attention to get the box looking ideal. Recommended!

Excellent customer services - I was not sure about the size of my box and the lady was so helpful. My boxes was delivered the next day which I was not expecting and was such good quality. I will definitely be ordering more boxes from you and I highly recommend this company.

The only reason for 3 stars
The only reason for 3 stars, is the look of the product compared to the look on the website, super speedy ordering and delivery, but white boxes were more grey than white.
