5* Service - 100% recycled packaging that's custom branded.
We spent a while evaluating packaging providers and decided to partner with DS Smith for our E-commerce boxes. We received our custom printed boxes yesterday and the finish to the print is excellent. It really gives a great first impression to the brand. Printing and delivery took less than 24 hours, the service we received was super efficient.
A special mention to Anna Künsting in the Customer Service team too. Anna has been an absolute pleasure to work with whilst we finalised our requirements. She was quick to respond and super helpful from enquiry to delivery.

There website is really confusing
There website is really confusing, I called a few times and got sent here there and everywhere, no one seems to know what the last person was talking about. I only wanted to order some boxes and the process seemed very overly complicated. I did however manage to find what I was looking for.

Amazing! I have launched my webshop a year ago and always struggled with getting the right packaging, knowing how to pack and what was expected to provide my customers with the right experience.... This is no longer an issue for me since I started ordering my packaging from here. Amazing selection of boxes and other materials plus great & friendly customer service. Highly recommend!!!
