Easily the worse company I ever bought anything off .for club shops can't understand why teams would pick them wait over 8 weeks for tops for young lads half the season over then to get wrong colour.talking to others who bought off the them same issues sizing not great kids not able to get head through training tops ect ect

Ordered crew neck jumpers through a sports club. Company instead sent me three windbreakers. Contacted the company on two mediums of their social channels and received no help. Many messages were unanswered and when they were i was given false promises. At a financial loss over their lack of customer service. A real, real shame as the quality of their other correct items I received was good.

Ordered 10 weeks ago. Emails are ignored until you send a few of them. Phone calls are answered just to be told next week each time. Been dealing with Rachel. No help. Still no items. No refund.

Waiting for the order for weeks no end, and asked for a refund so I could order elsewhere but no joy. Save your time and order from oneills or other companies that actually have items that are listed on website in stock.

Great service from this company, special thanks to Rachel who I spoke to on the phone last week about sizes and she kindly forwarded me a guide to help. It was much appreciated as I explained to her I missed the try - on day in June. Ordered and Delivered within a week!! Delighted

Exceptional customer service - I was notified that my order was sent to the courier but after a couple of days there was no sign of it. I contacted DS Sports via their website and explained the situation. Bryan Breen followed up with me via a phonecall and had the whole matter resolved in just a couple of hours. My order arrived the next morning.

Overall great experience. Customer care was extremely quick and helpful. 10/10 service.

Having previously purchased gear for my Daughter and her team, I again purchased training gear for my own team. Absolute top quality customer attention and care from DS Sports. Bryan made every effort too facilitate and help with our requirements. WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND Ds Sports and their team, great quality clothing range and friendly staff that make ordering and purchasing clothing and equipment very straight forward.
Also answered a query with a prompt and helpful reply on a Sunday.

I recently ordered a camogie skort from DS Sports after seeing them at the Ploughing match and really liking the material and quality. There was a delay in the delivery initially but after emailing their customer support I received an email reply straight away even though it was after hours and a phone call the next day from the customer service rep once he had checked the status of the order with the warehouse. I received the skort the next day, thanks to Bryan and all at DS Sports for the efficient service and great quality product.

2 months and still waiting, emails keep promising and phone calls with empty promises, I have asked for a refund , I will keep you posted on that, avoid if you want to buy something.

What service from these guys. Ordered a size too big and when I enquired if I could change it the answer was no problems. Sent big top back and within 2 days my new xl top arrived. Excellent customer service. Thanks lads.
