Work done well, but very expensive !
Needed to have two sockets moved off a skirting board. When electrician attended turned out additional work was required. The work was carried out well but when the invoice arrived it turned out to be very expensive. Perhaps not the best electricians for small domestic work if you’re on a tight budget!

D Sykes Electrical installed the electrics for our new barn. From the estimate to the finished job, everything was straightforward and professional. They did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would - which is pretty unusual in our experience! Really friendly guys who left everything immaculate at the end of each day. A First Rate Electrician and Highly Recommended
This was a very tricky problem of multiple breaks in power supply after smart meter installations. The electrician got back very quickly to my calls and was at my house within a few hours. He checked out the offending safety switch - a RCD and all ok- and looked for culprit in available time eg kettle, freezer, immersion. Then left to me to find problem source- Radio wave interference from meters.
This electrician is a quality professional from start to finish. He is also very polite and communicative throughout so you can trust his workmanship and delivery.
I was very satisfied with his problem solving approach and work rate.
And given his manner also, I have every confidence in recommending him to others.

Speedy, quality service, highly recommend
