They were prompt and efficient and kept me updated. They also dealt with unexpected issues with no fuss. I definitely recommend them.

Dan and Paul did an excellent job of installing a flue liner for our existing woodburning stove. It was not staightforward as the stove is set forward of the wall and existing unlined chimney. Barring a finishing coat to the plaster (The sand and cement base coat needed time to cure anyway) it was accomplished in a day including extra unforeseen work replacing two chimney pots and badly cracked flaunching around their bases (Cement). The mess was minimal given they had to open up the wall. We are pleased with the work.

Their rates and scope of work were upfront and clear with any potential problems highlighted.
They are a very professional business using IT to aid them.
Dan and Paul, were courteous, friendly and respectful of of our home and kept us informed about the job. They are also very nice guys.

Dan at DTEC Heating was brilliant! Swift response, diagnosed and solved the problem straight away, replaced a knackered valve and fixed the leak on the spot. He had everything he needed on the van so there were no delays. Can’t fault him – efficient, reliable, and professional. Great company, look no further if you need heating work done!

Paul came and did some plumbing jobs for us, plumbed in a water supply to an outdoor shed, fitted us a dishwasher with a new spot. Paul was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, will be the first call for all plumbing needs, and will recommend to everyone who needs a plumber.

Paul and Dan did a great job removing a gas box and flue and then bricking up the resultant hole in the wall.
They were very neat and tidy and respectful of our property.

Can't thank these guys enough, from a leak to rearranging the old messy pipework and replacing a broken cowl. Everything was done expertly and when I needed. Would highly recommend this company.

We had a problem with our boiler, Paul came out and fixed the problem after we had previously been told we might need a new boiler!

Dan fitted our large Stovax wood burner to a high standard and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. He was clean and tidy while working, left the place spotless.
