I’ve placed multiple orders for blank t-shirts, and fulfillment has consistently taken several days, even for small quantities. Communication is often slow, and I’ve had to follow up in person just to get updates or have someone check on my order. The next-day order option is not always reliable, which can cause issues when items are needed urgently. Overall, the lack of consistency and responsiveness has been disappointing.
