Transfers peeling
Im usually happy with the quality of the transfers I receive, but this one wasnt up to the usual standard. The transfers are peeling up after correct application, 320 degrees for 15 seconds with medium pressure. The same I've done will all my previous orders, I'm incredibly frustrated by this.

5 Stars – Great Experience Every Time!
I’ve been using DTF Ghost for my DTF printing since March and couldn’t be happier. Their order platform is super easy to use, and they’re always quick to help if I have any questions. The prints are soft and high quality—never had one peel or crack! They get orders out fast, and while shipping through UPS and customs can add a day or two (used to get them in 3 days, now it’s more like 4–5), that’s no fault of theirs. Highly recommend them for reliable, professional DTF printing!

Where is your customer service?
I ordered a whole roll and had to upload several files to complete the order which is fine. However upon receiving my order and cutting them out I noticed I am missing almost a full roll of one of my files. Plus this order and my last order prints had banding and faded colors. I have emailed 3 times and no response. Terrible customer service, you are just a dollar sign to the company unfortunately. From orders 17444 and 17021. The Hunt is on for a new supplier.

Every time I order they're great. Vibrant colors and easy application. Just make sure your image is originally done in 300 dpi and everything is smooth sailing after that. For the price and the two day shipping. Ghost cannot be beat.

Defective Gang Sheet
I have placed numerous orders with this company. I always purchase UVDTF gang sheets, and only use the decals on epoxy tumblers. Everything was great in the beginning. In April, I purchased a 72” gang sheet full of stock decals for future orders. When I finally needed to use those decals in September, I realized the entire sheet was defective. When I try to apply the decals and pull off the carrier sheet, the decals tear and don’t want to come off the sheet. This was not only an expensive order for my small business, but has also caused orders to be delayed. I have reached out several times and it is still not resolved. It has now been over 3 weeks. I get it that printers can sometimes malfunction, but all they had to do to make it right was send a new gang sheet. I’ll be finding a new place to order from that understands the importance of good customer service.
