I ordered a last minute gangsheet for dtf print. I was very happy that they could still assist me even tho. I placed the order after 8 on Friday the 20th when they closed and received my order on the Monday. As I was going to use it for Christmas gifts. When I received thr gangsheet all the colour was washed out and dull. I couldn't use any of the things on the gangsheet.

the fact that I can send my artworks and literally not worry for a second, I know Ill get them fast, and the quality is perfect, It is the one part of my work I dont have to worry about which is ideal as a small business owner! Will Never use anyone else!

Seriously dissapointed in the service from DTFXpress.

Their site doesnt work for me, completely unable to place any orders due to their form validation not working for shipping details (no options worked at all - on multiple different devices).

I emailed them to process an urgent order, I said I was in a rush, willing to pay for courier, and requested if they could please invoice me and process as I didnt want to waste time troubleshooting the website as I needed to get this order out to the client.

They printed and sent the prints with the courier. Only to tell me when I enquire 2 days later why it hasnt arrived yet that their courier isnt overnight and had I wanted that I should have sent my own courier.

I have had same day delivery with courier guy from other vendors multiple times, and had I known this would have been longer than 1 day I would have collected from the store myself.

They should have raised this or stated the expected delay as I CLEARLY stated I was in a rush for this.

To be told after the fact that I should have done something differently when they were the one with the information to which I could have done something differently and they did not communiate it - I am really not happy with the service from DTFXpress.

DTF Xpress are AMAZING!!!! They always assist us, quality is amazing, turnaround time is amazing and the friendly service seals the deal!

I am absolutely pleased with my prints from DTF Xpress. Their service and trurnaround time is WORLDCLASS. 🙏🏻🥰 They also go above and beyond to make sure their clients' needs are met. Robyn is A SUPERSTAR and I do business with DTF Xpress because of her. She never makes me feel like a client. I feel like family.
