Ordered my son shoes(as in 2 left and right foot) for Christmas only received the right shoe called customer service twice got hung up on by the automated system finally get a human being on the phone and told to send an email I send an email and it says the mailbox is full I will never shop at this place again!

No issues whatsoever with my purchase. Shoes were shipped quickly. Price wasn't amazing but the shoe was rare so I was ok with the price. I'd buy from them again.

Gained access to my CC information and processed transactions.
Gained access to my credit card and billing information via the Shop app. Processed two transactions without my permission/authorization. DTLR Customer Service told me I was not allowed any information about the fraudulent charges even though they contained my billing and credit card information. These were charges they were previously unaware of until I notified them. Smug customer service. Extremely unhelpful. Will never use this merchant in the future, buyer beware.
