DT Powersports and Marine not the palce to go for repi
I took my Polaris ATV in for service as it was making a "ticking" sound on acceleration. After a week, I was called that repairs had been completed. I arrived at DT Powersports to pick up my ATV and when it was brought to me, it not only was still "ticking" but it was louder. Over the next TWO MONTHS when I would call for an update I was given a run around regarding the issue, if they had found the issue, parts, etc. to the point they inferred that I had not initially advised them of the main issue as it did not appear on their work order. The incompetence and extremely poor customer service was never so obvious as when I found the part required for repair in approximately 15 minutes of research. I strongly suggest finding another business for and powersport, marine, ATV issues.
