Shocking customer service. The person writing.thr emails needs some sort of training.

Will never get a dualtron again

Purchased a Dualtron EY3 Throttle, was swiftly delivered, however this unfortunately arrived defected (cracked screen w/ bleeding).

After contacting the company, Claudiu got in touch and offered a replacement if the other was returned so I asked for a shipping label. This was not provided and I was advised to send it back and up to £5 would be covered. This would not be an issue, however as this is requested by the company, we requested a label again, to which we have had no response.

The item was then refunded, which is fine but still needed a throttle. I had placed another order for a throttle, which was immediately cancelled by the company and have had no contact from them or response from my last email.

I would advise against purchasing from this company.

EDIT: Advised Claudiu that the item has no clear marks of impact, neither did the packaging, suggesting it could have been shipped this way. It seems they took this personally, as we are now unable to order from them due to orders being cancelled on their side. Extremely unprofessional and childish.

Be aware they send you different brands to what are offered on there website, when I queried this I received the response of "If you'd like to return it will be happy to help with it but the return cost and time cost will be higher than the cost of the tube" Top grade customer service! I would be weary of ordering anything from these guys as brands do not mean anything. So who knows what your scooter will be made of and expect little to no customer service and what I would consider rude responses. It is shame as this was a place I was looking to order a new scooter. Avoid!
