The service we received from Rumman was excellent. We did umrah and had hotel and flights and transport which were sorted out to accommodate the dates and times of travel. We made changes which Rumman was able to sort out.

Very good customer service. Rumman Ahmed was very nice and responsive. Did multiple adjustments to my itinerary with good manners and patience. I ultimately had to cancel due to a family situation. But he was very graceful with that too.
