Scam

Title: No ticket received, payment left pending

I tried to buy a ticket through Platinumlist, but the website showed “Failed transaction” while my bank showed a pending payment of $99.84. I received no ticket.

Support confirmed that my order had expired and no tickets were issued. They told me to rebook and said my payment issue would be reviewed within 24–48 hours. So far, I still don’t have confirmation of when my pending funds will be released.

This has been frustrating and inconvenient. Being told to book again while the original payment remains unresolved is disappointing. I expected a smoother booking process and a clearer answer about my money.
