still waiting for my dubai bars i ordered to arrive. now four weeks gone. wrote several emails without any response. now going overseas and asked for refund!! don't bother. anyone that can't deliver a chocolate bar within the same country, on time or can't write a reply email is not worth their salt. send em packing. wouldn't bother ordering!

Love their bars and the new crunch jars. Definitely recommend!!

their product is ok but their service is TERRIBLE. Never respond to emails, lie that they've sent something when they haven't, then send the wrong thing, then I have chased up 6 times to them ignoring every email. There's nowhere on their site or google to leave a review, and they NEVER get back to you - appalling. Avoid avoid avoid.

Just wanted everyone to know this place is legit and offers fast service!
I was worried when I read some of the reviews, but my order went through with no problems, and my 4 bars arrived superfast.
They even substituted a large pistachio bar for one of the mini pistachio bars they didn't have in stock, and wrote a nice hand-written note to explain. It was well wrapped to keep it cool in transit plus came in a cute pink box.
I haven't tasted the chocolate yet because it will be part of our office gift for the Melbourne Cup, but it looks very pretty, professionally made, solid and delicious! I will see if I can edit this review later to let you know how it tastes.

I ordered this chocolate and I couldn't wait it to try. I loved it so much. The transport, delivery, packing and communication was excellent. About the chocolate no words. Its so good and its true that it tastes delicious. The five bars which I bought is gone it two days. Worth it. Love it. Try it. ❤️

We thought we would just have a couple of squares and go easy. It was impossible. We devoured the whole lot and bought more :)

By Far the best Dubai chocolate out there, the best crunch too. I tried nearly all the ones sold in sydney and this beats them all.

Shipping was fast, although the quality of the chocolate was not worth the $70 I spent. The filling is nice but the chocolate is very thick, Like too thick. They need to use a good quality chocolate to match the filling, just didn’t pair together well, Probably wouldn’t purchase again…

I don't get the amount of hate these guys are getting, i have ordered from them over 5 times now over the last 2 months. I have received my order correct order evey single time and yes they do have delays, my orders come a little late sometime but they're always
busy with orders !!! and they have a not on the checkout about the delay.

I love their bars and will continue supporting them, people shouldn't be bashing small businesses and catch on their faults. How disappointing to see

My son used some of his saved up money to buy a couple of chocolates and he absolutely loved the chocolates and said he’ll keep doin chores to buy more.

I love love love their chocolates, ordered a bunch and my family is obsessed. Already made another order and I wish there was a monthly subscription tbh.

I waited 2 weeks, called the company (found the phone number by looking at my bank statement, the transaction had their mobile number in the description, it is listed nowhere online that i could find, i had attempted using the webform on their contact us page, but all those messages were ignored). they apologised for the delay, told me it was due to renovations and that theyd send it out to me first thing next week (offered to express post it)

They did not express post, they created a label for it early next week with regular post. I thought "weird but whatever at least its on its way" so i didnt complain. Over a week later and the parcel had not actually been posted (label with tracking info created but they mustve had it sitting in their warehouse the entire week). I called, no answer. I texted that i plan on initiating a chargeback with my bank if i dont see any movement on the package.

Well they finally posted it. Arrived a few days later. Chocolate melted and im pretty sure its not even what i ordered. I ordered one XL block and another smaller block, yet both blocks i received were same size and wieght. i could not be bothered trying to deal with them any more (as i felt they were simply full of empty promises).

Honestly the chocolate was pretty decent, hence my 2 star rating, the product is good (not worth the $60 i paid but id have been happy to order from them again if they had kept any of their promises or posted it in a timely fashion, i dont mind overpaying for chocolate if its decent), however due to the high price and the low level of service i would not recommend, even if they had the best chocolate in the world i'd still feel cheated after dealing with all this.

The order hasn't arrived. The only skipped info was to say it was being packed then told they'd had trouble fulfilling order then nothing. No chocolate, no refund and no communication. It's a scam.

Ordered three bars with international shipping to Europe on the 6th of April and received an Australia Post tracking number very quickly, however nothing arrived…. after two weeks and following up finally heard from them that they had some renovations and it had caused some delays, however the email itself was misspelt and did not appear to be professional in the slightest. They said it was shipped however no updates received on Australia post for the tracking number given. Continued to follow up and have heard nothing, it’s now May 5th and still no product, no response to emails. Given the shortage of pistachios worldwide my presumption is this is a very badly run dropship company who haven’t physically got any product to dispatch. Looking now at trust pilot which I really should have done initially I’m not expecting whatever I received to be edible if it is received anyway. Lodging a complaint with my bank for sure.

Bought $2k of chocolate, asked for extra shipping fees, they created a shipment but goods were never shipped, after 4 weeks asked for a refund, never got refunded. Avoid this business as they are not reliable.
