I feel I have been scammed .. This is 14 days and I m still waiting for any status from these folks .. They don't even pick up the customer service call , no status at all .. Just one auto reply..I had been asked to submit some more documents which I did right away but they never came back and my flight dates are approaching as well. This is really ridiculous

You contacted us in the month of Aug 19 where you were again informed that the refund has been processed and you never raised any concern that it has not hit your account.
We spoke to you three days prior as well to further investigate the matter because we strongly believe that there is miss out from your end to trace the refund. You were suppose to drop us an email which we are still waiting.
