Alhamdulillah, during the visa application, dubai visa online team was very helpful for me, including always providing assistance & encouragement when I encountered difficulties, thanks to ELINA, success always for you & all of dubaivisaonline team..

I would like to thank Ayesha for her wonderful support during my application process. I couldn't expect that I would receive my visa in such a very short time. Well done Ayesha and keep it up. God bless you so much.

I have read many of the review about Dubaievisaonline, I thought at the beginning that it is toooooo good to be true. But after my experience, and how i received within days my visa through this company, i would say that ALL EXCELLENT reviews given remain too little to describe about this EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. Never seen in my life such respect, quick response (on the spot) via email and specially via WhatsApp, easy approach, clear explanation, everything one need to be helped to get an online Visa. All my respect to the team, your are REALY UNBELIEVABLE. continue same, WORLD needs people like you. (Cardiologist)

tl;dr They aren't aware of UAE visa requirements and get things wrong. They will leave you out to dry and charge you insane amounts for services, and even then leave you stuck

- They are unaware of UAE visa requirements. They put the wrong name on my visa (in UAE your name should include your father's name)
- When asked to correct it, they charged $250 for cancellation + $600 for a new visa (a total of almost $1000!)
- I was desperate, stuck in the airport and trying to leave. So I paid them $1000 at 10am on Friday, being guaranteed a new visa in 4 hours
- As soon as they got payment, they stopped replying to my messages. By 5pm Friday, the immigration office was closed. At 7pm, they told me I will have to wait until after the weekend for my visa (48 hours)
- On top of all that, the prices they charge are about 3x of what the UAE government actually charges for services, and 2x what other competitors offer. (I was stupid enough to pay more thinking I was paying for quality)

I was disappointed when my son made a double payment of our visa and you refused to do a refund. Going forward try to be fair with your clients.

Thank you Anisha for the exceptional service and prompt responses.

I appreciated you walking me through the process all the way
