After struggling to find a legit third part agent to get my visa. The worst ever customer services received by these people. Initially they offered visa in 48 hours from Uk to Dubai and then asked me for the urgent visa fee which was extra 150 pounds (total 350 pounds). When I receieved visa, there was typo error in my date of birth which cause me to stay extra 7 hours at Dubai Airport with immigration officers .
They refused to accept their mistake and the situation became worse when I came to know that these people purchased visa from third party. This was no mentioned on their website that they are not providing visa but purchasing it from third party.
The Airport authorities asked me to contact visa provider which I did but the third party was not responding and eventually Airport authorities refused to let me out from airport.
Upon contacting again and again to these people, they stop responding and asked me to wait till next morning which meant to stay at airport for about 24 hours.

I myself contacted one of the senior officers at airport and he helped me to correct the typo error in visa and contacted himself to Sharjah office from where my visa was issued. So, after 7 hours of struggling at airport with my family, I got approval to go out not because of the help of these people but my own efforts.

Very unprofessional customer services and fake information provided on their website. I highly recommend you all to avoid these people as they are fake and purchasing visas from third parties.

My visa has been rejected with other agency (MakeMyTrip) even with all the details correct. They were unresponsive, so I started to look for alternatives and found this site. I have enquired about my concern and Mr. Sharma has immediately contacted me on WhatsApp and answered all my queries. He ensured that he will get me the visa since all my details are legitimate. He even gave me guarantee that my visa will be approved. Just within 2 days my visa is Approved and shared with me with all correct details. I went to the website entered my information and uploaded passport picture, and travel documents; I received a WhatsAp text with the link to pay; and was assured I would get my visa in 2 business days. In exactly 2 business days, I had a visa for 14 days, as requested. Alida and the rest of the team are well versed in the process. They are awesome!

I was very skeptical at first, especially when I got no initial reply (10 minutes after applying though) via the chat bot or via phone number on website and thought I had been scammed, but I phoned a couple minutes later and was very quickly helped to expedite my visa (GBP 100 additional), got a payment link via whatsapp, and 2 hours after applying for the visa, I received the Visa.
It will feel unconventional but this is 100% legitimate (i even checked my visa on the dubai government website and everything is oke)
