I use Dublcheck for my office cleaning, after a long list of bad experiences with other cleaning companies (some that still give me nightmares) I almost gave up, however, I took one final chance and I could not be happier with the service I get from the team. Friendly, reliable and very thorough, I would urge anyone who is thinking of hiring a cleaner to use Dublcheck!

Since we started with Dublcheck two years ago I don't think they've missed a clean. Not the cheapest out there, but we think the better service is well worth the extra we're paying. Head and shoulders above the previous company we used who were cheaper but rubbish!

I was pleasantly surprised when I was recommended Dublcheck through one of their existing clients. I was having many issues with my existing cleaning company so was a breath of fresh air when Dublcheck came on board and everything fell into place nicely. They are very reliable and always accommodate especially as we have to change our cleaning days sometimes without a problem. Thankyou for everything and keep doing what you are doing as I can recommend you to anybody.

Awful cleaning!
Filthy mop, windows not cleaned, most of the things on the checklist we were sent were never done. Then trying to get out of the year long contract was awful, then to be in the last 2 weeks for the guy to pack up his stuff and not return! just awful from start to finish. nobody replies to emails about the standard and there was no improvement after complaints were made.

We have used Dublecheck Cleaning Services Ltd for a number of years. The service is excellent and communication with the company is easy and reliable. The staff are first-rate and dependable. As a company we have been very impressed with the service.

I had Aka come out and clean my house, used smelly cloths and didn’t move any of my sofas to clean under them even though at the start I made it very clear this is what I want. This was not a deep clean this was a waste of time especially mine. Not what they say they do. My house still smells of the smelly cloths used. I had to clean even after he came

I would not recommend this company. It’s a franchise and the service we received was awful. The standard of cleaning was below any standard. Cleaners not turning up, not fulfilling the amount of hours agreed, sat scrolling through their phone, very little products use to disinfect and the worst part, using the same cleaning cloth to clean other surfaces after the toilets. Advertise and co tract state they supply their own products, however, CCTV shows they don’t and evidence all of the above. However, perused a year later to pay invoices that we agreed that we would not have to pay for due to the breech of contract from their end! Awful service and would not recommend!

Absolutely disgusting work place, no KOSH training when your working with harmful chemicals to skin, The manager was talking about me behind my back and text my friend to sack me and not me !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I applied for a job with this company and received a call from jolanta in which she offered me the position and told me to go in on Monday. So I went there and they told me there is no position available. I obviously then called Jolanta who has blocked me... Very confusing behaviour.
