My review is about the route from Dublin Airport to the 3 Arena stop. It was a really bad experience to buy the ticket with the name 3 Arena stop, as before, but we experienced that the stop location had been totally changed. If you changed the stop location, I believe that you need to change the name of the stop. I do not have to walk with the heavy baggage, and if I knew it before buying it, I would have preferred to go by taxi. It was not just me to have this difficulty. Please update the stop name to the nearest Dockland name and avoid to confusions on your customers.

The bus was comfortable. On time. No one checked our tickets we purchased so that was weird. The speaker when announcing the stops was difficult to understand and there was no visual display of the stop name.
But it is a great service and we found it easily at the airport

The driver didn’t stop…
The driver got to the stop 8 minutes early and didn’t even stop and open the doors when we stood up he just drove off. We then had to pay a €33 uber to get to the airport in time for our flight. Extremely disappointed in this service as it was so organised into the city on the way into Dublin.
