I bought a product off DublinTrends for €160. It has been 5 weeks since the date of order and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve asked several times where my order is and they’ve told me that it has arrived in Ireland. They gave me a track number, everytime I checked the track number it showed that my package was in the Netherlands. I wrote to them again asking where my order is, when will it arrive and could I get a refund. I still haven’t received any response answering my questions. I do not recommend buying from this company as they are frauds.

Ordered an item off the website over 4 weeks ago. Got an email to say it was delivered but I haven't received it. Have sent emails and got no correspondence back.

It took a long time for the delivery , but I was told on that account I would get a 10% off , still have to check it , after a month the birthday gift arrived and now is much appreciated . What I did like was teh very well mannered replies I got from Annie , and I have been trying to support the Irish company to avoid Amazon in light of the genocide in Palestine and Amazon supporting the Israeli government with Nimbis cloud services , this is why we need people , kindness and let the lack of efficiency be part of humanity

SCAM website, plain and simple.
If you have dealt with them, contact your bank to secure your details.

Ordered a mirror, took 3 weeks, €33 for a piece of reflective plastic, not clear mirror, blurry. Cheap piece of plastic.

I feel I am being generous in even giving one star. Waiting three weeks for a single hair product, still to be delivered. Do not waste your time or money in ordering from them.

Brutal. Stay away. Pure junk. Not as advertised. Bought potato chipper. Looked great in pics. But is made of the cheapest aluminium. Doesn’t even work €60 wasted. Plonkers.

Keep away from this site. Company is Chinese using a Dublin postal address and phone number does not work. Ordered item on 8 March and wrong item arrrived three weeks later. Sent numerous emails that I eventually got a reply to but just getting the run around. I think they hope you will go away after so long

Very bad service and don’t give a refund if your order is not suitable I would never order from them again

Fake Facebook reviews … they need to be taken down. China using our capital to make us believe it’s local … sippy cup worth €2 not 47 down to 39. Yes I should have looked at trust pilot first but was very busy. Facebook now deleted …

This is a terrible website. Waited approximately 5 weeks for dog lead was told they were very busy??? When I received it eventually it did not work properly! Stay away from these people!!

I bought a Nevus pen a few weeks ago and it’s really crap. It didn’t work, material is rubbish and when you try to contact with the customer service it’s a nightmare that they reply you back.
So bad service and no professionalism.
100% no recommend

Items are cheaply made Chinese products. Tried to return product and Customer Support required picture of product, then said video needed. Constant road blocks, made trying to return product impossible. Will never buy from there again. The one Star is too much.

I’d give it a zero if it was possible,I waited around 2 months for my package that I spent nearly €100 on and when I tried to contact them through email I was told it was lost in transit and took about a week to get them to replace it.Its awful do not use this website.

please stay away from this company I ordered something in the first week of December for a Christmas present , we’re in the first week of January now and still not received, don’t know why there called Dublin trends when there shipping everything from China. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Absolute scam….product received not fit for purpose and return policy is ‘ship to China’ at own expense. Posing as Dublin company….don’t know why this site isn’t closed down.

I ordered a laser pen and the item took over a month to supposedly arrive into Ireland. I thought this was an Irish website not a Chinese one. Anyway, I waited and waited and it never arrived. Then I check with Dublin trends and they say it was delivered by anpost. I have to get the tracking number from them and I call anpost who say it was delivered. It must of been delivered to the wrong address because I never got it! Instead of Dublintrends contacting the shipper expeditiously and handing the matter they have pushed it onto me even through they hired the shipper. Now I have no product and no refund from Dublin Trends. I don’t recommend buying anything at all from this website. Number 1 they have no stock it’s being shipped from China, number 2 if your product is lost or delivered to the wrong party they want you to chase the shipper and take no responsibility!

Ordered an item and assumed it would be sent from Dublin. However, was sent from China with alliexpress. Missing the advent it was purchased for as took too long. When it did arrive it was not as described but a cheap version. I asked was this actually an Irish company and was told its a 'proxy' and everything ships from a global hub. In fairness, I asked for full refund and they did that quickly without me having to go to the expense of sending it back.

Do not order from this website, they are not Irish, they are just drop shipping and taking extra money for themselves, the address listed on the website is fake, they do not want to take returns, and when you tell them you are allowed to return an item they tell you it will cost €15 to €20 to return.
