We had been looking forward to trying traditional Croatian peka, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Learning how it's prepared, watching the cooking process and finally enjoying this delicious meal at Pedro's home was truly special.
While the peka was definitely the highlight, the local wine, grappa, prosecco, prosciutto and cheese were all fantastic.
What made the experience even more memorable was spending a few wonderful hours with our host, enjoying great food, warm hospitality and a relaxed atmosphere.

This was a great introduction to Old Town! Marianne was an excellent guide giving lots of history and pointing out various shops for authentic Croatian products. She explained the food and wine at each stop, described how they were made and provided some background information. She also pointed out other recommended restaurants. Would 10000% recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!!

What an experience. We were picked up from a central location, driven to the countryside, spent the better part of 6 hours picking food from the household garden, making food, learning about Croatian culture, and then sitting down and eating one of the best meals of our entire trip. Everything was home grown and home made unless it was literally from a neighbor. I honestly cannot recommend this experience enough.

This is the best thing we have done in Croatia!

We were staying in Old Town Dubrovnik and looking for some things to do to get away from all of the crowds when we stumbled on this farm-to-table cooking class.

We have been picked us up from our hotel to the family home in Konavle which had been in their family since the 16th century. Huge terraced gardens, homemade wine, liqueur and rakija awaited...as did a quick lesson in milking goats, making bread and the joy of simple, fresh cooking.

We would recommend this to everyone. We found out that you can also rent an apartment attached to the restaurant and have a whole holiday with cooking classes, sightseeing, wine tasting, etc. We are thinking of coming back next year to so it!!!

Really excellent tour. Of the several wine tours we’ve done over the last few years I think this was probably the most informative. The guide gave great background on each of the vineyards and highlighted the difference in approach, as well as the history for each. We learned a lot, enjoyed a number of good wines, and got to see some lovely views as well. Highly recommend it!
