Bought a pair of shoes for my wife and they didn’t fit. Acquired a return authorization and promptly sent the shoes back. On March 27 I received an email confirming they had received the shoes and then I would receive a refund. Two days later, I get a letter in the mail telling me that they had filed bankruptcy!!!! Scam!!!!

Do not order from this company unless you are 100% sure of your size and that you will not need a return. Their policy is that refund processing can take up to 14 business (not calendar) days. I have still not received my refund 17 business days later. Their customer service is AI and will not actually help you.

Just received my Duckfeet Arhaus boots and I LOVE THEM. The quality is exceptional. Plus I got a great price on sale. I did size up a half size and I'm glad I did

Very happy with my first purchase.
Shoes are confortable and delivery went very smooth.
Customer service was kind and helped me to choose the right size.
My toes finally have enough space :-)

The only reason they do not get 5 stars is may be on me... I am coming from barefoot shoes and I must get used to the weight.

This company has bad consumer practices but tries to hide behind a mom-and-pop image. I had to email them four times to get a refund for a return and it took a whole month after sending back the boots, and then they fraudulently claimed one of the pairs was worn and deducted a huge 25% restocking fee. The boots were exactly the condition I received them in, I tried them on inside and literally didn’t even stand up off the couch because they were so uncomfortable and put them right back in the box. If I knew they were going to be this shady I would have taken pictures of everything when I got it and send it back but I didn’t expect them to scam me.

The boots are also pretty ugly, uncomfortable and expensive.
