Sarah, was amazing to deal with. She was happy to exchange a pair of Duckie shoes for a larger size no problem at all very accommodating very helpful. Very polite in her emails. I’ve bought a couple of Duckie shoes for my grandchildren in the past and I highly recommend them they are amazing for the little ones 😊
