Superb assistance from Russell and Kath.
When our trip was going wring due to the USA/Iran situation, Russel was all over it and arranged an alternative trip for us to Cape Town which was excellent.
I would have no hesitation in working with them again.

Nothing was too much trouble for Russell and Kathryn at Duck Travel, they made the process of choosing your holiday so easy. We told them what we ideally wanted in a winter break away over the New Year and found us a number of options to choose from. They then went away and sorted all the booking and even sorted our boarding passes for us. They also sent us off with a little pack of goodies which was a lovely touch. If you are looking for a hassle free service in sorting you holiday from a company with a wealth of knowledge, then look no further than Duck Travel. Excellent service.

We honestly cannot thank Duck Travel enough for the incredible job they did in arranging our wedding and honeymoon in Mauritius. From the very beginning, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail, which gave us complete peace of mind throughout the entire process.

A huge thank you to Russ and Kathryn, who were absolutely fantastic throughout. They went above and beyond to coordinate all aspects of our wedding at Zilwa Attitude, ensuring every detail was organised and exactly as we had hoped. The result was an unforgettable day that we will remember forever. Even Tom Hanks would approve!

On top of that, the planning of our month-long honeymoon across different hotels was seamless, with everything flowing effortlessly from one stay to the next. Their knowledge, organisation, and constant communication made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

A special mention has to go to the thoughtful extras and complimentary upgrades they managed to secure for us, which really made the trip feel even more special. These little touches did not go unnoticed and made a huge difference to our overall experience.

Duck Travel did a great job organising our trip to Krakow. They were always ready to answer any questions we had. All the trips and a walking tour were arranged for us. Russ and Kathryn give a personal touch which you don't seem to get with other companies.

We received a fantastic service from Duck Travel when arranging our holiday to Mauritius. We asked for quite a few changes and iterations of our travel but nothing was too much trouble. They were so patient and we were left with a really wonderfully planned holiday which ended up being one of the best holidays we've ever had. Communication is fantastic and we loved the hotels that were chosen. We have 2 young children and the resorts were ideal for them. Thanks so much. Will definitely use the service again.

The company where very helpful and everything went smoothly

I am a solo traveller and I’ve always had such a faff getting somewhere at a reasonable price, I can’t believe how quickly Kathryn found me somewhere that was absolutely perfect and at such a good price

Ducktravel got exactly what we wanted for the best price (even our specific choice of hotel). All the travel details were confirmed well in advance and they checked if there were any issues at every point (even when we arrived at the hotel). They also offered us trips at prices below those published elsewhere, ask them what they can do.

Booking with Duck travel was great. A friendly service with lots of advice for easy travel and what to see whilst we were in Barcelona. We struggled to get an accessible cabin on a P & O cruise and Duck Travel, once again, waved a magic wand and were able to accommodate us. We were very grateful as we would have needed to, once again, rethink our plans for a holiday. Can't thank them enough. They are very efficient, friendly and extremely customer focused. Visiting Graceland in Memphis was number 1 on my bucket list. I had no idea how to arrange this so I asked Russ and Katherine at Duck Travel for their help.
