Ya’ll just don’t. They have all the bells and whistles, looks great, fun games, etc, but this is scam shady!
I’ve lost a ton of money to this place over time and now they’re refusing to pay a jackpot I hit for $57k.
Get this… I had an account that I closed back in 2023, they demanded a reason or they wouldn’t close it so when they asked me why I said it was because I was just gambling too much and I was taking a break and wanted to close it. I have had my information stolen online multiple times, so I’m not gonna just leave it open and not use it.
Anyway, I opened my account a couple months ago strictly reopening. I didn’t think it was a big deal. I’ve made multiple deposits since then, use the same name, same birthdate, and never had an issue. I’ve never been looked at for fraud, illegal activity, nothing. Anyway, I won a jackpot on December 27 in the amount of $57,000. When I went to withdraw it, I noticed that my email address was listed with an 08 and not 09 in it, like it should’ve. I must’ve just fat fingered the keyboard and not noticed. I messaged them and asked them to correct it….they said they look into it. 10 minutes later they said they were permanently closing my account and forfeiting my winnings due to breaking policy and having multiple accounts.
I have never had multiple accounts, I had one almost 3 years ago that I closed…and they said it was a permanent closure….so why would opening a new account with the same info mean having multiple accounts?
Well now I’m fighting with them; their instant messaging people say they can’t help and keep submitting it for review (smh), they won’t respond to my emails, won’t give me and legal department information so I can have an attorney reach out to them. At this point I’m going to the gambling commission cause this is just BS.
