I have a high opinion in the quick fit duct system with respect to ease of use, quality of construction, and design flexibility. My recent order was filled and shipped promptly and the website is convenient and set up well with lots of information that helps you select the components you need. I'm giving only 2 stars due to the poor packaging. I had one 5 ft pipe in a box with bubble wrap not secured really haphazard packing and as a result the end, where the fit is critical is dented and out of round. It's too much hassle to send back and I don't want to delay my project either so as a result I'm forced into a repair for something that is the fault of the seller. This is unacceptable given the price point and one feels like a victim because the size doesn't make it easy to return. The other box had a bunch of smaller components which were all thrown together with one piece of paper to fill the remains void. This method provided inadequate protection for the parts which should have been individually wrapped in bubble wrap. There is no good reason why this action wasn't taken unless the company does not care. As a test of my concern. I am hoping someone will reach out to me to resolve the damaged item. I will edit this post in a few days to let everyone know if that happens.

The company reached out to me immediately to replace the damaged part. My faith in humanity is restored I will change to five stars rating. The products and the response is good. No customer should hesitate to use this company

Very happy with the norfab quick fit system components for my dust collection system. Huge time savings in installation and changing conections. Very high quality. I wish I had changed over sooner.

I ordered online couple pieces I missed for my dust collector system and couple days later they were here. Quick connect are the best product on the market

Service and shipping speed were great. Only disappointment was upon opening the box that had all my smaller parts. All the hose and machine adapters, wyes, clamps, end caps, nipples and blast gates were all packed loosely with just packing paper at top of box to protect them. Wyes are all scratched up and dented. For what I had to pay for shipping you'd think they'd spend 10 mins putting paper between the items to keep them from getting thrashed.

Got exactly what I wanted. Great quality.

It was a piece of duct work that I am quite familiar with. Writing a review is ridiculous.

Very good service and fast shipping. The pipe was poorly packed and arrived with a few dents and ding. The shipping company complained to me about how poorly the pipe was packaged. They had to repack all the pipe as it had scattered all over their trailer. All the misc. parts were piled into a large cardboard box and arrived in good shape.

You should invest in some stretch wrap to package the pipe. it will hold it firmly together with minimal cost.

It's expensive but it's worth it. My only suggestion is that it could be packed better to keep from getting damaged. It arrived with a large crumpled piece of brown paper in a box and all the parts were sortof free-floating around unprotected. Aside from that, I'm glad I don't have to use noisy coils or tape and glue or fussy clamps... The airflow stays strong and quieter with smooth, sturdy tubing and I really like how the clamps just connect it all together. It reminds me of the 80's buildable tube-toys I had when I was little like Marbleworks~ They're pretty fun to connect and create! I look forward to upgrading with cooler attachments like the sparktrap and windows... It's a permanent system I can clean out easily and won't have to replace like the foil ducting.

I was very happy with the service provided by Cody. Everything went extremely well. My only gripe was the fashion in which the order was packaged. Basically all of the items were thrown into a large box with a few layers of cardboard in between. In my opinion, with as much as I paid for the ducting, the pieces should have been wrapped at least. Despite that, everything was in pretty good shape besides some wear/rub marks on the fittings. I am very happy with the layout developed by Cody and the way it all came out.

I needed a Tap-in with a specific flange arrangement and I was able to clarify what I wanted via a telephone call.
