I sent a return back 8 weeks ago. I've emailed their customer service 11 times and they won't respond to me or give me my refund back

HORRIBLE! Never order from them. Placed the order months ago. Never received the items. Sent multiple emails. Never got a response. Did the online chat, never got a response. Tried calling the phone number on the bottom of the emails and the Shop App- disconnected. Tried commenting, messaging and reaching out on social media, radio silence. Super disappointed they have a pattern of stealing money through this website and orders. My kids are m devastated.

Ordered a hat for my son who absolutely loves these guys. It never came and I’ve never received a response to requests for help. They lost a 13 year old fan, all for a $40 hat. So disappointing.

Do not order from here. I placed two orders for Christmas gifts. Each order contained two items. There was a problem with one item from each order. I returned the incorrect items (errors on their part). They refunded me for both pieces from one order which amounted to less money than what the items I actually returned were worth. Plus they deducted shipping charges from the refund. I have emailed them repeatedly and continue to get their canned email response. They have no customer service number. I will be disputing this on my credit card and reporting them to BBB. Stay away. This to me is a lack of oversight by the Dude Perfect team to allow their overpriced merchandise to be handled with such a lack of integrity. I will no longer be supporting them. My grandsons think they are amazing. This is giving me great pause with that assessment.

I placed an order on the 12th Nov for international delivery to Scotland to ensure it would arrive on time for Xmas presents. I had no order update to inform me if it had been dispatched or not and had difficulty tracking the item but it only showed as the order being placed. After contacting the customer service teams multiple times with no response they finally replied to my email on the 10th Dec informing me an item I had ordered was no longer available and they would be dispatching the available items, almost a month later?! Due to their mistake of warehouse stock they offered me a 15% off of my next order. Despite my kids being big fans it will be the last time I place an order with them. Seriously poor customer service and will now not have the items needed for Xmas presents.

I received my merchandise however I need to return a couple of items. The only way to do a return is by clicking a link and sending an email. You will then get an email from them saying they are working on all of their emails. I have sent 3 emails regarding this return. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Do not do business with this company

I placed an order 12/4/22 for a Christmas present my grand daughter was provided a tracking number as of 1/17/23 have not seen the package contacted USPS they did a investigation and stated they never received the package. Have sent 3 emails to DUDEPERFECT what a joke no response Sent a text message still no response! Will be contacting the BBB and file a complaint, which based on the lack of response from them they won't care about. Hope you read this and don't get ripped off like I did!!!!!!!!!

I purchase sweatpants for my boys for christmas. They were too small. I emailed customer service and it has now been more than two weeks without a response. They advertise free returns and good customer service and there is NO customer service and NO FREE returns to this point.

Still waiting to hear from customer service for over 2 weeks. Purchased a backpack for my grandson back in May for his birthday in August. When I gave it to him, he wanted the other one, of course. Now that one is out of stock. Their return policy is 60 days. Of course I was just over the 60 days, but would like them to give my grandson a credit so he can buy something else. Mind you, this backpack wasn't cheap, and being on a fixed income, I would like to get this resolved. Can only communicate by e-mail that I have found. Still waiting to hear something. Would never purchase from them again.

I placed an order and paid extra for 2-day shipping. Order has not arrived. I sent an email asking about it and received an auto response saying they will get back to me but not to email them again or I will lose my place in the answer queue so any response will take longer. There is no excuse to charge a customer extra and not fulfill the obligation and then say don't contact us again or else.

I ordered three months worth of the DP tee shirt club for my son for Christmas. December’s shirt came and it’s March and we have never received anymore since.
I contacted via email (because that’s the only option) three times and no one is responding.
I’m beyond frustrated with their POOR unethical business practices.
My son used to ask everyday after school if his shirt came, he quit asking out of sheer disappointment.

If I could give a 0 I would. Customer service is AWFUL. I ordered $150 order on 10/6. I paid the extra $8-9 priority shipping. I can only contact through email and even that is very limited. Communication is awful. Service is awful. No response. Shop elsewhere. They blame it on COVID! Funny every other store seems to have no trouble communicating and shipping items. Complete disappointment as this was for the DP concert and Halloween party. Needless to say, I will NEVER be giving a dime to this store again.

Don’t recommend Dude Perfect merchandise!!!! We LOVE Dude Perfect!! The guys, the videos, the good clean fun!!! NOT A FAN OF MERCHANDISE ASPECT!!!!! Ordered 9/9/21 for my son’s birthday 9/24/21!! Almost 2 weeks & no package, no tracking!! I’ve emailed 3 times & zero estimate or tracking number!!! By the looks of the other reviews, it seems to be a BIG problem!! Pay attention fellas!! Help your fans (big & small) out!!!!

Ordered a couple of T shirts to the UK. Unlike anything else in the USA the Large comes up small, cheap material a complete rip off...I would say to Ty and all the boys on Dude Perfect, you've gone from good lads to rip off merchants. Enjoy your cash but youve lost an audience

Horrible company, placed an order on Black Friday for Christmas and as of 12/29 has not even shipped and with no communication from the company. Every phone number and email is responded with an automated message. I understand delays and such especially this year but no communication is unacceptable. To make matters worse throughout the month of December they kept putting advertisements up to get holiday gifts from them but they couldn't fulfil the orders they have.

SUPER GREAT! I love the show! ( My Brother is your biggest fan, he watches the show all day long!)
