Dpf problem sorted 😃

After driving back from cornwall my dpf light come on (again) so i pulled over on the m5 services i rang these lads and within a few hours they did a diagnostics check on the car and confirmed that the dpf was blocked! They managed to fit me in for a stage 2 dpf clean at very short notice

Bought off Dudley Motors for the…

Bought off Dudley Motors for the protection of dealing with a dealership. How right I was. Developed a small problem with my car which was dealt with without fuss and to my total satisfaction. Special mention for Becki. Great service

Outstanding Experience

I recently purchased a used Kia Sportage from Dudley Motor Company, the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely outstanding. Upon enquiring about the vehicle I was connected to the Sales Rep Anthony. I explained to Anthony that I was interested in this vehicle however due to living quite a distance from the branch I would be interested in having it delivered despite being a bit cautious about purchasing a something Id only seen online. Anthony assured me of the quality of the vehicle, its history and also provided a video walk around of the vehicle to show me every part so I could see the condition and make sure I was completely happy with it before we arranged delivery.

After a long chat about the car and its history I decided that I was happy to go ahead and pay the deposit to get the ball rolling, Anthony assured me that I would not be disappointed with this vehicle when it arrived and he was bang on. We are over the moon with this purchase and cant thank Anthony and Dudley motor group enough for there help and support through this process.

It took 7 days from start to finish, from first enquiry to paying a deposit, fresh mot, service and valet and for the vehicle to be delivered to our front door. Anthony even had his guys buff out the one hairline scratch on the vehicle (Thank you Ant).
The Vehicle arrived at around 8am on the scheduled delivery date, It was driven up by a lady who stayed with us whilst we waited for Dudley Motor company to confirm receipt of payment, While we waited she talked to us about the car and said how lovely it drive.

I've waited until now to write this review to do a few miles in the car ourselves and to make sure everything is ok.

RAC and Warranty details came a day or so after the purchase as explained by Anthony and it took two minutes to activate both.

Once again thank you Anthony and Dudley Motor Company for making this purchase a great experience.

I would 100% purchase from your guys in the future!

Very happy with this service from…

Very happy with this service from Dudleys motor company. I bought a Vauxhall Viva and I’m really pleased with it. The transaction went very smoothly and Robert Gilbert was very helpful and friendly. Excellent service, I highly recommend Dudley motor company and thanks for all the help it made my transaction go very smoothly Thanks again Lisa Parsons .

Excellent mechanics

Excellent mechanics! They found the damage in my car in 5 minutes, although in a few previous garages they failed! if you want to have your car properly repaired you should go there. Strongly recommends.

Avoid at all costs !! Scammers !

Went to them after engine light came up on the van. They diagnosed it to be dpf block. However, after cleaning the issue didn't go away. They then suggested it was adblue. I took it to a different garage who diagnosed it the first time to be exhaust gas sensor. They put one in and the issue was gone. Then they tried installing a second hand part to the van while charging me for a brand new one !. Scammers ! stay away !!

We are very sorry that you feel disappointed. We literally did everything you've asked us to do on your vehicle.

We checked our records and we have only invoice for DPF Cleaning service for which you paid less than £200. We take responibility for services we provide and cover them with warranty.

You've diagnosed your vehicle by yourself with your tool and in other garages. However we had to carry our own diagnosis to be sure what must be done. There was a number of issues which had to be fixed, but you've told us to carry on ONLY with the DPF Cleaning. We did whay you've requested, however this hasn't solve the problem completely and you has been informed about this fact.

You've mention that after you took your vehicle to other garage it has been diagnosed as faulty exhaust gas sensor which after replacing solved the problem. As a matter of fact this sensor got faulty because of the DPF problems. It wasn't the reason for a failure.

We are always working for your favour as your happines is most important for us. If you are leave faulty vehicle with us and expect it to be fully fixed this is what we gonna do. If the customer want only partial solution then we can't be responsible for somehing we didn't done.
