Duelbits Ignores Gambling Addiction & Refuses Refund
want to warn others about Duelbits, especially Swedish players. I have a documented gambling addiction and am registered with Spelpaus in Sweden, which should prevent me from playing. However, I was able to play on Duelbits after discovering it through a Swedish influencer actively promoting the casino, despite Duelbits not having a Swedish gambling license.
After losing 20,000 SEK in ETH, I realized I had been manipulated and requested a refund. Duelbits refuses to take responsibility for exposing Swedish players to their platform and simply hides behind their Terms of Service. They also refuse to clarify whether they are directly partnering with the influencer promoting them.
I have now filed complaints with the Swedish Gambling Authority and Consumer Agency regarding their illegal marketing and will be warning others on Reddit and social media. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this casino, especially if you struggle with gambling addiction.
If Duelbits wants to resolve this matter privately, I am open to a discussion. However, so far, they have ignored my addiction and my refund request.
Do not play on Duelbits if you are Swedish – they do not care about gambling addiction or responsible gaming.

Restricts winning players. They provide good value slot tournamant, but after you won you restricted and cant participate in any promotions. After I won tourney in October they did it to me, but after KYC payed me out. I still can deposit and play without any promotions, but didn't do that. I still may play at ufc jackpots, few times when I cashed low they give bits in my account, but this week I wont second place and they not paying me, saying I cant get any winnings. So they only care about you if you loosing, everyone who plays here is at risk if they won something that they don't get paid.
