Great product. I purchased the Duelhawk Ultra Gaming Chair, the feel of the chair is premium, from comfort to build. There are lots of ways to adjust the seating position to get the most out of how you like to sit.

Quality chair, comfy and decent! I had a Secret Lab chair for 4 years prior until it just snapped and the seat and the arms were already getting a bit loose too.

This DuelHawk is basically the same chair, far cheaper but just as good in quality. Must recommend for a gaming chair.

I have been researching different chairs for months. I finally decided on a Duelhawk Ultra chair. I couldn’t believe how quickly the chair arrived. It’s made of really high quality material and I absolutely love the way you can rock back and forth in it. Love it so much and would recommend it to anyone.

I don't normally write reviews for companies but I thought I might provide my insight on this one as they're a new company. I Bought the duelhawk ultra chair in the nebula fabric and I'm so impressed with the level of quality, comfort and style of this chair, especially for the price (£100 lower than the new 2022 titan by secretlabs). Also their customer service is really on point, I had loads of questions about the chair and their returns/warranty policy & the guy answered all of my questions swiftly in a friendly manner. So don't be sceptical about buying from these guys, I know they haven't been around long but they know what they're doing it and they're doing it well.

Have been dealing with Duelhawk's customer service since 29th Aug and just concluded today. The chair arrived quickly due to priority shipping but assembly took a while, and unfortunately, one of the wheels was defective with two people (and force) trying to get it in it didn't work. We notified Duelhawk, provided photographic evidence, were advised to remove the top plastic part of the wheel and although it would insert at this stage it wouldn't stay in. The wheel was defective. Received a replacement wheel which was inserted fine with force and also dual cyclinder. Marks have been dropped from my review as the wheel was defective when sent with chair and time spent back and forth with customer service since purchased. The dual cylinder that helps move the chair up and down without getting grease on your hands also cracked in the process of assembly but we appreciate that we inserted it the wrong way so that was a handling error on our part. Testing chair out this morning-comfortable to sit on and happy with purchase. Customer service with Normunds was also prompt and communicative.

Bought two chairs, me and my fiancé are loving them. Very easy to build and set up. Duelhawk also helped me sort out the issues with customs due to Brexit, highly recommended!

I brought this chair for my son and he is so pleased with it. It provides great lumbar support for his injured back and has a lovely quality finish.

I also tried it out for myself and was very impressed with how comfortable it was.
