Jeans will bleed colour and ruin other clothes and furniture.

Pants fit great, the fabric is amazing, but the colour fastness is atrocious. Only purchase these jeans if you're comfortable with them ruining anything you own - dyeing everything blue.

The colour will bleed for months on everything. 3 months and 10+ washes later the blue pants will still stain anything that is light, including your hands. The colour bleed of these hands will also impact sensitive skin. So only purchase blue jeans from them if you are not sensitive to having your skin dyed a deep blue any time you wear them.

That said, I bought black duer jeans as well, best jeans i've ever owned. If it werent for the insane colour leakage this would be a 5 star review.

Not at all What they say they are!

Two things really stand out negatively. First, when you are shopping you are given size and fit instructions. I got my pants from following their guidance and I could put 1 and 1/2 of me in them.
The Jacket said I should get Large. The sleeves need two extra inches and so does the waste. I am 6'3" and 204lbs.
Based on what they said about refunds when I was buying, I thought, no harm no foul. Then as I went to get a refund I learned that is not true. You are immediately hit with language saying your return must be approved, etc.
I've been buying clothes online for 7-8 years and this is the worst case of sizes not resembling anything real and then just the, OOPS, we meant to tell you we may turn down your refund. I'm still waiting on the email telling me how to return.

A good friend showed me these jeans…

A good friend showed me these jeans from them on clearance they were going to get. Since it was their birthday coming up I said I'd get it for them. Ordered them ony for them to email me 6 days later saying they made an "inventory error" and would be canceling the order. They offered 20% off a future order but the jeans were 58% off and now forever sold out as they replaced with newer model. The right thing they should have done is offer the new model at the same price. Now my friend is upset on their birthday and out the jeans they have waited so long for to go on sale so they could get them.

Rotting in obsolescence

This past Saturday I walked into my local DUER store after receiving an email mentioning that there will be a 20% discount this weekend. I brought a pair of shorts up to the counter and the cashier mentioned the discount. When I revealed that I am a DUER Loyalty member and I had some rewards points I’d like to use as well, I was informed that I had to choose between the discount and the Loyalty points as I could not use both. Confused, I stated that someone walking in “off the street” could get the same deal as me even though I had been a Loyalty customer for several years. And yes, this is the case! I was attempting to use my points from their DISCONTINUED Loyalty program before they are worthless and now it seems as though these points are truly worthless. Apparently, my points will rot into obsolescence as Duer has given up on the program and people who helped them grow while they are attempting to expand their business. Fortunately, this is a competitive market and I have many choices to spend my hard earned money during these difficult times when retailers are turning their collective backs on customers as they try to sweeten the bottom line.

Poor customer service and…

Poor customer service and exchange/refund system. Given how expensive these products are, and how few outlets exist, this company should make it easier to try things on for size. Especially because I expect most people can only afford to buy most items at final sale prices. But even when I returned something that didn't fit, bought at regular price, I was not given the option of a refund and there was no customer service number to call. I'm sure the products are nice when they fit, but I'm currently more concerned about the $175 they pocketed that should have been refundable. Sustainability is important for an ethical company, true, but so is how the company treats it's customers. And Duer has some work to do in the latter.

Great quality clothing and wonderful…

Great quality clothing and wonderful customer service.

Have been looking for a long time for pants that are stylish but comfortable for cycling. Duer's jeans in different washes plus coloured jeans and lighter-weight almost-sweatpants (that look neater) are so good. Well made, durable and stylish. Everything is clear on the ordering website and orders arrive very quickly.
