Better Contact Details
I find that not having a telephone number to contact the company and having to rely on email only is rather frustrating. Could I also make the observation that, if the sizing of the clothing has changed recently, it would be helpful to have this noted in a prominent place on your website. As part of his Christmas present, I ordered a t shirt in the same size as that which my husband purchased last year but, as the sizing had changed, it was incorrect and had to be changed, which took until over two months to rectify.

Sleeveless fleece
Bought for my son home from Vancouver. Ticks some boxes as regards colour, style and warmth. Bought the medium but thought it seemed quite roomy on. Looks like it will become a unisex piece though as I noticed his girlfriend trying it on too!!!
