Very poor cominucation
Every order we receive the bill incorected, and we send a lot of emails but we receive the answer after 3 or 4 weeks. And in this moment we have to receive for order from 31th July 2023 value of VAT, because like always don't have any answer.
The products are good, even if at the last order one of the products was damaged
