No hassle or difficulties, very fast delivery.

I have to say that my experience was outstanding customer service . I contacted via e mail a few weeks before Christmas looking for an out of circulation Playmobil set . I was answered immediately despite it being a Sunday to say they would check warehouse on Monday and get back to me . They had one left in stock and e mailed me Monday with this news it was in post and with me by the Wednesday . The service was fast and very personal . I e mailed them a thank you and got a reply back. When I looked for soldiers to go with the playset they did not have them but e mailed the German Playmobil stockists for me . I have to say they give a very attentive and personal service and I have since purchased with them above Smyth's as they give a very friendly service and deserve the custom.
