I placed an order on February 7, 2026, which was supposed to arrive on February 23. On that day I received an email saying some products were not in stock, but they might be shipped that week.

Since then, I have received neither the package nor any update. I sent three emails with no reply, and calling the phone number only leads to an automated message.

Very disappointed with the customer service: no response, no package, no refund. Other customers should be aware of this.

Delivery is always on time

It was months without receiving goods, well past expected delivery time, then more months without refund. Still waiting, still chasing ...

Good customer care and yah my delivery came in time and safely

I placed an order with Duitse Drogisterij over two months ago, and the delivery was supposed to take just two weeks. After that, they sent me an email claiming that some products were “out of stock” and that the entire order would be delayed.

Since then, I’ve repeatedly contacted them asking for an estimated delivery date, and each time they replied with “end of this week” – which of course, never happened.

Thankfully, I paid through Klarna and was able to report the issue and avoid losing my money.

This website is unreliable and feels like a scam. Save yourself the headache and do not buy from Duitse Drogisterij!

Not recommended.
First i did not get track and trace link, my order supposed to arrive in 30 April at latest but until now, 3 May, I did not receive it.
I tried to text them to get my money back via emails and messages but they do not replay, even on the phone they say we closed now!!!!

They are scammers.

I ordered and had to wait for 2 weeks to receive my parcel. After the two weeks no parcel arrived I contacted customer care no reply, I waited extra two weeks and sending lots of emails to receive my parcel

waiting for over a month for an order from Germany to the Netherlands... a disaster

Order DD43447 made 23-DEC-2024.
Today is 25-JAN-2025 - still not delivered.

Second time, good quality

I placed an order on the 2nd December with the promise of next day delivery or one day after...still no delivery. No communication. DHL tracking number doesnt exist.

Edit: They have a chatbot Alice who is most useless. They sent me 5 emails asking me for my postcode, which I sent every time. Still no response, and no package has been received. I think this is a VERY dodgy company. DO NOT BUY HERE. STAY AWAY.

The shipment time could have been better but we did get the product.
