Excellent Service - Excellent Staff
I was staying in Loughborough as my Daughter was returning to Uni. I had checked out of my hotel & we were going to do her food shop. My car started making this loud screeching noise, literally like I had a banshee in the car with me. No way was I driving back to Liverpool with that noise. I rang the hotel & booked back in - and rang the AA from there. They advised it may be a possible bearing issue.
They rang Duke Street Motors for me & explained about my car.
They were happy for me to take it for them to look at. The AA followed me there (and took me back to the hotel).
I left my car with them. Every single member of staff I spoke with there were absolutely lovely, really friendly. The lady on reception rang me later that day to explain what was wrong - it was the offside front caliper & front discs & pads.
The car was ready the following morning.
It was explained to me in full detail what was wrong & what they had done.
I can’t thank them enough for being able to fix it for me & so glad it happened whilst I was in Loughborough & not on the motorway driving home.
Amazing customer service, really lovely staff. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank You SO much :)

Very good service
Very good service - responsive and honest. Lent us a courtesy car even though they could not resolve the issue due it being an electrical fault.
