I booked TT dates really late but you pretty much got me what I wanted- if you manage to get me on an earlier outgoing ship I’ll up it to 5 stars
Jacque and Claire where great really did their best and got back to me promptly

We have used Duke travel a few times for trips to the iom tt and always had a good service but our last experience was dreadful, after an illness in the family our last trip was cancelled and at first due to be carried over to next year but the customer service we received from Jacqui Dawson was absolutely disgusting. Rude & annoying. Safely say we won’t be booking through Duke travel again.

After reading the reply from Richard if any one would like to known the circumstances around this they should ask him, I won’t print them because I’m not that low but you would be disgusted at this treatment

Communication is the first thing that comes to mind. The booking process and communication was outstanding. I was worried booking through an agent outside my home country. Each of my emails were answered quickly, I highly recommend

Very helpful group of people, if its your first time going to the TT they will make sure you have a great experience and see the races from the best locations. They treat you like family and wouldn't choose anyone else for a first time viewer.

Answered questions in a timely fashion. Good to remember there is a serious time difference. Sent info that was well organized. Were able to make changes in the packages where we needed them.
