Zero Customer Appreciation
Cancelled 30 hours prior to fill appointment because my husband was on a ventilator in Critical Care after emergency surgery. I received 2 responses - one simply confirming cancellation and a receipt for the full cost of service. I understand that it may be company policy, but an apology or explanation would have been polite. Although pleased with all previous services, it seems clear that my business is not appreciated and will not be returning.
