Having had some sample colour pot issues I spoke with Joanne in Customer services and the response I received was nothing short of astounding. No lame excuses, good honest evaluation of the issue and her helpfulness far exceeded what you get from many company's nowadays. My issue was dealt with professionally and positively. I don't usually write reviews but Joanne's approach restored my faith in good old fashioned customer service.

Had an issue with my railings going rusty and contacted customer services....Heena was very helpful in working out a good plan of action and giving great advice and recommendations for which products to use. They have been very generous and have given me faith that they are a company that cares and want to help their customers...can't fault this service.

After having some problems with Wickes not mixing paint properly then not helping we had to go to Dulux it’s been a long process but staff have been so helpful and have issued a refund for paint.

The tester I bought just confirmed how bad Dulux is. It's thinner than a whitewash lol - think I'll get a 'proper' paint elsewhere.
Also, what's with these stupid little roll on testers anyway? As the paint is so thin, it just drips everywhere when you squeeze to get the paint out.

Il never use this paint again I've always recommended dulux but when uve got to put 4 coats on a wall theys got to be something wrong it doesn't seem to cover like it use too.

Leaked ,and the person I spoke to was very helpful
And sent me a voucher so I could replace it

When I think of the millions of customers they much have, it amazes me that Vicky could pay so much attention to detail with me... to really help me understand the colours and techniques and to go the extra mile to make sure that I was ok moving forward.
