NO HUMANS TO TALK TO
Ordered paint via their website on 24th November, it is now 4th December and still no paint, £120. Phoned both telephone numbers and am in a queue for about 45 minutes then the line disconnects. I cannot say they are rude because I cannot get hold of them to complain !
I thought this would be very straightforward as I suffer with anxiety so not having to go to the store was ideal, how wrong can one be. I wanted to get my house decorated for Christmas...I cannot even put decorations up. So so disappointed.

I'm a decorator and I've been shopping with Dulux trade for a while, their knowledge and helpfulness is second to none. All products are at good quality if you buy trade range, it's definitely worth paying the little extra.

Not good - out of stock items shown as instock leading to unacceptable delays !
Ordered a Purdy 6-12 foot extension pole that according to their website was "in stock" for next day delivery, great, placed order, one week later still no extension pole, eventually found number of local fulfilment centre and rang them. Told item had had to be ordered as it wasn't "in stock" and that although they'd just had a delivery from Purdy, my extension pole was still not in ! Asked if I could cancel the order and get a refund, told could only do it by going online and doing it myself !!!!!! Can't believe they think treating customers this way is acceptable.
Update 23/06/17 - added an extra star as the local fulfilment centre have delivered the pole today - albeit a week later then the main Dulux Centre website said I could expect delivery ! My main gripe with this outfit is that the website claimed the extension pole was in stock for next day delivery when it quite obviously was not, nil stock items can be expected on occasion, but had I been aware this was the case I could have gone elsewhere.

Waited for a delivery over two weeks in the end had to buy paint myself! The delivery service is pointless won't use it again!!
I also had to wait 2 weeks for a refund! I will never shop at dulux again and recommend u don't!! Still waiting!
Awful Customer Service
I placed an order and somehow my delivery postcode was mixed-up with my billing post code.
I phoned Customer Service straight way to let them know about the incorrect information and after 3 calls assuring me that they had spoke to the warehouse and the address was updated I decided that I've done enough. How fool I was to believe that.
I have emails from Customer Service confirming that address was changed but 2 days later I decided to track my parcel do find out that nothing was done and my item was stuck in a delivery depot.
I spent my whole Friday on the phone and spoke to 5 different attendants and the only person who actually helped me to resolve this issue was an amazing attendant from the delivery company.
In resume, neither Danika or Jordan or Stuart or Margaret from Dulux Customer Service helped me to resolve the issue Dulux's system created. The paint quality is good but if you ever need help from Dulux Customer Service I already feel sorry for you. One very disappointed customer.
