Terrible experience from the very…
Terrible experience from the very start. I spent over an hour trying to chat with their customer service bot, which did nothing but repeat automated, unhelpful phrases that had absolutely nothing to do with my problem. When I finally managed to get connected to a real human agent, they simply closed the chat window without solving my issue or offering any explanation. I am extremely disappointed.
