Worst customer service. You write them an email and they pretend that they didn't receive it and just keep leading you on and lying to you. Waste of time dont buy from them.

This is one of the best decisions I made ever since I started Applying to Schengen countries, my friend actually refer me to them and all I can say is, they are reliable,fast, Convenient and their customer services is topnotch. Been using them for all my bookings over the years and I can fully testify to their commitment toward their customer’s relationship. I just got my 4th visa few days ago and all I can say is thank you for always coming through for your customers.

They have this service called schengen plus which was required for my visa application for hungary. I used another company initially and that ticket didnt have a ticket number. I contacted many of the online companies which do dummy tickets and this company is the only one that could filfill this requirement

I wanted to give them 5 stars but here is why I gave them 4 only. Let me start by they are a legit website, they are not scammers so don’t believe whoever is saying they are scam here. However, their communication is what leads some people to believe they are scammers. Their website states that it’s valid for seven days but before I booked my ticket, I had a confirmation that it’s valid for two days only. Now here is another thing, when I was communicating with them via WhatsApp, they didn’t explain that it’s valid for two days BEFORE the actual travel date so because of this, I booked the ticket assuming that it’s valid the day before the travel but it wasn’t valid when I checked it online because the departure date was the following day. So I had to give them a call and they finally explained that I will need to do a confirmed e-ticket not just a reservation. This is where it was so stressful for me because I communicated an hour n half before my passport appt. I made the payment exactly one hour before my appointment. They confirmed before that it usually takes 20 to 30 mins to issue the ticket but they took exactly 51 minutes to do so!! We had 9 mins left to our appointment and I’m sitting there with no ticket at all 😅. Eventually, they sent the e-ticket 8 mins before my appointment so I admit that they rescued me though. My two cents are, communication and timing, if you guys work on that, then you deserve 7 stars. Thank you so much again for this.

Such a pathetic service it is. I booked a ticket and hotel reservation and both got cancelled after a day or 2. My Belgium visa got rejected because of their miserable service.
