They tried to fix the issue unfortunately I received 24h valid ticket even though I paid for ((7 days)) holding the ticket. I don't know why I used this website was better I stayed with ((onwardticket.com)) they more direct and ticket is valid for 48 hours. I hope they can improve the system. Wish them all the best but not coming back 👍🏻

They tried there best but I had big issues with my visa they can't even hold ticket 48h embassy texting me back saying we can't find the ticket online .

People can suffer with this issue and lose visa money ... Thank you for the refund. Best luck

Changing from 1 to 4 because after some back and fourth over 45 minutes I finally have a valid ticket. The rep was helpful

Bought a ticket. The ticket they sent me was invalid. I tried as soon as I got the ticket as well as after a few minutes so it shouldn't have expired. Sent them an email. They sent me a second itinerary for a different airline which happens to be the one I am flying with the next day. So I'd be presenting the airline with fake ticket for their own flight. Maybe I should have come here for review before using their service.

It was good experience, they did the changes I needed, because I did some mistakes, the only small issue was that the ticket was not valid for some reason the next day I order it, but I sent them an email and then they inmediately activated the ticket so it was really nice from them, the Schengen visa was approved :) I recommend, just do it some days before and check the validity of the ticket one day before, they will fix it in case it happens

Do not use them if you are applying for Schengen visa. They don’t care, all they need is money. I asked Sara many times if dummy ticket will last for 2 weeks she said yes. I paid for 14 days period only for ticket to expire after few days. This will affect my visa. I hate them and will never forgive them for this. They are scammers so not use them. They will book your ticket which will be cancelled after a few days instead of the agreed period. They are heartless scammers who don’t care about customers.
