its been almost a year since Ive bought some giftcards worth £300, I payed through daopay (phone bill) and dundle restricted my account due to suspicious activity although I havent done anything suspicious. anyway I contacted them to get my refund and they asked for my documents, I said that it was weird but after going back and forth I gave in and sent them the documents they were asking for, and after that they emailed me saying that they no longer wanted to give me a refund… They told me that I should contact daopay and that I will get a refund through them (dundle gave me receipt codes to send to daopay). I then contacted daopay but they said that the total amount I was due to a refund was only £130 which wasnt right, they told me that they were going to contact dundle and see what was wrong, anyways they also asked for documents (even more than dundle) and after all that the last time they ever replied to me was on christmas day (24th december 2025) I try to call there support like for UK but they never answer even after calling for multiple weeks on and on. Dundle has not been helpful whatsoever and I have not got my refund yet. if dundle team sees this I am asking you please make this right and give me my refund as its right, my email is sxummon @ gmail.com .

scam gift card
I bought a gift card on Sunday the 5th of April. by the time I got the card and send it to the recipient it was used when I got in touch with dundle I sent my receipt, the card number and everything that they asked for. when I got the card and try to upload it it said card error. nothing about being used. just called. error cannot upload. so after about 4 days they got in touch and asked me to send the receipt. I send the receipt the card number everything and told him I bought it online. I took them another 4 days to get in touch with me to tell me I was being scammed and they're not replacing the card and they're not giving me my money and I am being blocked from their side because I was scammed. what kind of company is that? if I was you, everybody boycott them. don't buy nothing from them they're only a third-party company. it took long to get through for them and it took long for them to review my case. do not go to their site, buy your stuff from Apple or go to Tesco or a store and buy it. that way you got no problem
