Truly impressive customer service
Truly impressive customer service! I was supported by Suzanne and Robyn for a pair of shoes whose delivery failed. They assessed the situation fast and proposed an appropriate solution. No fuss, no wrangle, just high professionalism and customer service. Well done. And... The shoes are amazing!
Great customer experience
Having spotted an advert for some Dune shoes I made contact to establish the name of the shoe. Marie from Customer Experience has subsequently contacted me twice with information, latterly advising me when the shoe in the advert is expected to go on sale. I really value someone making a special effort to resolve my query!

I purchased a pair of shoes from the Dune store in Manchester Arndale, and after only two uses in limited situations, I was shocked to find black chunks of rubber scattered across my bedroom floor. To my dismay, the new shoes were falling apart after just a couple of wears!
When I reached out to Dune London's customer service, they told me to return the shoes to the store. I was naive to think that such a well-known chain would offer proper customer service. Unfortunately, the store manager, Linda, refused to take any responsibility, dismissing my concerns by claiming it was ‘wear and tear’! I struggled to comprehend how shoes that began disintegrating after just two uses could possibly be considered wear and tear, but she stuck to her stance without a hint of accountability.
I kept insisting that this situation was unacceptable, and eventually, Linda agreed to send the shoes for assessment by the quality control team. However, she made it clear what their response would be. True to form, after two weeks, I returned to the store only to be handed my shoes along with a letter stating it was wear and tear ‘caused by abrasion with an external material’. As if I were deliberately smashing my feet against walls or subjecting my shoes to deliberate damage!
Save yourself the money and frustration. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere!

I didn’t receive my package due to a fault of the delivery company. I spoke with Emma from the customer experience team at Dune and cannot fault her one bit! She helped me with every query and assisted me on what to do. I am very very pleased with the outcome and cannot thank Emma enough!
Excellent customer service and great shoes
I love Dune shoes and recently had a problem with a delivery (caused by EVRI!!). Leah quickly resolved the problem and got everything sorted. Top marks for the product and the excellent customer service!
Problem sorted exceptionally well.
I paid extra for next day delivery for some shoes. They didn't arrive the next day. I phoned Dune and Katie answered. She was very apologetic and without prompting said she would look into it and arrange for the shoes to be sent by next day delivery with a refund of my postage. She also promised to phone me back to confirm it was all sorted.
As promised, she called me back a couple of hours later to confirm.
I got the refund as promised and the shoes arrived the next day.

I telephoned Dune customer services and spoke to Katie because my tracking reference was informing me that the boots I ordered had been delivered when in fact this was not the case. Katie was extremely pleasant and dealt with my problem efficiently and promptly. She contacted Royal Mail by live chat and forwarded me their response which confirmed my parcel was still at the distribution centre and would be delivered within the following two days. Katie , also promised to monitor the situation for me. Excellent service and outstanding support.

I have been buying Dune shoes for twenty years, until now. They still look like great shoes but the quality has dropped significantly in the past few years. Their shoes are now unwearable due to this, too painful and cause blisters, never happened before. Must have outsourced manufacturing to China or something. Gone from being a top quality shoe to unusable, very disappointing.

I ordered a handbag from the website, but it got lost during delivery. I contacted customer service and Leah was really great. She kept me updated constantly and ensured that a refund was processed quickly. I have been extremely pleased with the service.
